Brands are able to reach out to you directly through the Brandnew platform.

When you receive a message from a brand you will be notified via email and it will appear in your messaging centre.

Contacting a brand

If you would like more information from the brand about the campaign before you accept it then you can contact them first by responding directly to the campaign email notification. Once they have replied to you your messages will appear in the messaging centre.

Responding to a message

To respond to the message you can either log in to your profile and go to the ‘Messaging’ tab or reply directly to the email notification.
