Brands are able to reach out to you directly through the Brandnew platform.
When you receive a message from a brand you will be notified via email and it will also appear in your messaging centre.
Contacting a brand
If you would like more information from the brand about a campaign offer before accepting, you can contact them first by responding directly to the campaign email you received.
You can also log into your Brandnew account and head to the Messaging tab, where you will find the campaign listed.
Responding to a message
To respond to the message you can either log in to your profile and go to the ‘Messaging’ tab or reply directly to the email notification.
