Campaign summary

These results are a summary of the campaign across Instagram. The results are based on posts from both creators and the wider Instagram community who use the campaign hashtag.

Tip: Hover over numbers for explanations

Total posts: 

The total number of posts tagged with any of the campaign hashtags, including creator posts and additional posts from the Instagram community (UGC)

Posts from non-creators:

The number of user-generated posts (UCG) tagged with any of the campaign hashtags. This number excludes the the paid creator posts

Likes & comments:

The total of all likes and comments on all posts tagged with the campaign hashtags

Total engagement rate:

The average engagement rate of all posts tagged with the campaign hashtags. Engagement rate is calculated by post likes and comments divided by the number of followers.

Total likes:

The total number of likes on all posts tagged with the campaign hashtag

Total comments:

The total number of comments on all posts tagged with the campaign hashtag

Total reach:

The total sum of the follower numbers of all posts using the campaign hashtags. This includes the reach of creator posts and non-creator posts (UCG).

Creator results

These results give the breakdown of the performance of the creators’ campaign content.

Number of hashtag users

The number of creators who used the campaign hashtag. In the case that there is multiple hashtags, it refers to the selected hashtag

Number of posts:

The number of creator posts tagged the selected hashtag

Reach:

The total sum of the follower numbers of all creator posts. This is the gross reach, so if a creator posts twice, their follower number is counted twice and so on.

Likes & comments:

The total of all likes and comments on all creator posts.

Engagement rate:

The average engagement rate on creator content. Engagement rate is calculated by post likes and comments divided by the number of followers.

Non-creator (UGC) results

These results give the breakdown of the performance of the non-creator content, also known as user-generated content (UGC).

Number of hashtag users:

The number of people who used the campaign hashtag on Instagram, excluding paid creators. In the case that there is multiple hashtags, it refers to the selected hashtag

Number of posts:

The number of posts tagged the selected hashtag, excluding the paid creator posts

Reach:

The total sum of the follower numbers of all creator posts. This is the gross reach, so if a creator posts twice, their follower number is counted twice and so on.

Likes & comments:

The total of all likes and comments on all creator posts.

Engagement rate:

The average engagement rate on creator content. Engagement rate is calculated by post likes and comments divided by the number of followers.
